Manic Monday

If you could change anything about the way you were raised, what would it be and why?

I love my life but I would like to see what it would have been like to have a more nuclear family. Everything that happened to me then made me what I am not, though, and I wouldn't trade that. (well most of it ;))

Hand Foot And Mouth

Obviously that picture is not andrew. But he has hand foot and mouth.It is hell. My throat hurts, but only on one side. Weird, I wont even google that buddy! I made a bad decision and now I have to deal wit it, soooo INTERNETS tell me what you think:

Courtney turned 5 in october so unless I paid for private Kindy (read preschool teacher=no way in hell that would happen) she had to wait a year. Now she is the oldest, and due to 2 years of PreK the smartest. I know everyone thinks there kids is THE smartest, and Courtney is by no means a genius, but seriously in her class, after testing, she is the smartest. So her teacher is having issues with her getting bored and doing the other children's work. She is wanting to move on but because alot of children have never had any form of education yet in the in lives they can't. Now she is telling the other kids, "ugh! don't raise your hand if you don't know the answer, and then giving the right answer because they got it wrong. Now I don't need advice on her attitude I am working on whipping errr I mean getting that to stop ;). She cant be rude to people. Period. I just am wondering how to approach the school without looking like THAT parent. By Jan I cant even imagine how bored she will be.

Tomorrow should be getoffyourassandcleanoutyourclosetandotherpilesofshit day but that probably won't happen.

Situation Sunday

Situation #1

You are out walking. You decide to walk along the river, where trains go by. You happen to notice a young women laying on the tracks, hoping a train will come soon to end her life. You have forgotten your phone. What do you do?

Go up and pull her away and talk to her. Make her as comfortable as possible and then take her somewhere that she will be safe!

Situation #2

You are driving out in the county. You are about 30 minutes away from the nearest town. You witness the motorcycle ahead of you driving rather erotic, it suddenly goes side ways and slams in the railing along the road. You get out to try to help the guy. Blood seems to be every where. You phone 911, and give them your location. As you describe what you see, you realize that blood is gushing out of his neck. The 911 operator tells you that it will take 30 minutes to get to you. And that you need to apply pressure to the wound with your hand. AS you go to do this you notice the guy has a Med Alert bracelet. He is HIV positive. What do you do?

I would go back to my car and get a plastic bag and a rag. This man would be very lucky because in my car full of everything I would probably actually have gloves, lol. I have 2 kids to worry about thought so I could not risk my life to save his.

Situation #3

One of your co workers, { And a close friend } has just left the locker room. You notice that they have dropped a small package that has coke in it. What do you do.

I might say something about it but I would probably just pretend I did not see it because it would make me SO uncomfortable!

202. My weight. Lets face it people, on my 5'6'' body it is just too much. Now I will add my bra size here as being a 38 EEEE So that alone takes alot of weight right!? right!? I would love to wait adn make a New years Resolution and say this is my year 2008 is my year to lose the baby weight! (est.2000-2001) But I am much too ambitious for that aren't I?
